2. General

This website is a purely informational website. We take the protection of your personal data seriously and process it solely on the basis of the applicable statutory provisions (GDPR, BDSG, TDDDG). Data is processed only to the extent technically necessary.

3. Hosting & server log files

This website is hosted by an external service provider (host). Personal data collected on this website is stored on the host's servers. A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with the host.

When you access the website, the server automatically records so-called server log files that your browser transmits. These are:

• anonymised / shortened IP address
• date and time of the request
• name and URL of the file retrieved
• browser and operating system used
• referrer URL (the previously visited page)

This data is processed solely to ensure trouble-free operation and the security of the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and security of our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). This data is not merged with other data sources, nor evaluated for advertising purposes. The log files are deleted after a short period.

4. No cookies, no tracking, no third-party services

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tools (e.g. no Google Analytics), and embeds no third-party content that would transfer your data to third parties. In particular:

• Fonts (Manrope, IBM Plex) are served locally from our own server — there is no connection to Google Fonts.
• Icons are embedded locally — no connection to external CDNs.
• No social-media plugins, advertising pixels or profiling technologies are used.

A cookie banner is therefore not required, as no consent-requiring cookies or technologies are used.

5. Contact & booking

If you contact us by email, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, email address, content of your request) in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding). This data is deleted once it is no longer required, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

If you book an appointment via the “Book a call” button, you are redirected to an external scheduling service. The privacy policy of the respective provider applies to the processing that takes place there. No data is transferred until you actively access that service.

6. Your rights

Within the framework of the statutory provisions, you have the right at any time to:

• access your stored personal data (Art. 15 GDPR),
• rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR),
• erasure (Art. 17 GDPR),
• restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
• data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
• object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR).

7. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

8. No automated decision-making

No automated decision-making, including profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR, takes place on this website.
